– Personal details (name, email, phone number, etc.) when you create an account or make a booking.
– Booking details such as selected catering service, event location, and payment method.
-Technical information (IP address, browser type, device data) to improve website performance.
How We Use Your Information:
– To confirm your bookings and send updates.
– To process payments safely.
– To improve our services.
We don’t sell or share your personal data with anyone except the vendor you booked with (so they can provide their service).
Payments :
– All payments go through secure gateways.
We never store your card or bank info.
Cookies
– We use cookies to make your experience better.
You can turn them off in your browser if you prefer.
Refunds policy :
If You Cancel
– Cancel 4 days or more before your booking → Full refund (minus any non-refundable service fees).
– Cancel 2 – 3 days before → 50% refund.
– Cancel less than 1 day before → No refund.
If you don’t attend your booking without canceling, no refund will be given.
If a Vendor Cancels:
– You’ll get a full refund or the option to reschedule with another vendor.
Refund Time
– Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UAE public holidays) to your original payment method.
Events Beyond Our Control
– In cases of unforeseen events (e.g., weather, government restrictions), Hostly will work with vendors to reschedule or refund at its discretion.
